President and Team-Driven founder, Deborah Richards, brings a fresh alternative to the tech industry—a simple, practical, and efficient route to a higher-performing organization.

Her formal education in Computer Science, Organizational Behavior Management, and Project Management techniques, combined with practical experience as a Technical Program Management and Business Operations leader and mentor, bolstered by decades of successful athletic and team-building expertise, gives her a unique perspective on how to quickly solve many of the industry’s toughest cultural and operational challenges.
